2021 Pinot Gris

This vintage encompasses all that is great about Oregon Pinot Gris, refreshing acid, oily texture with light notes of melon and mango. Fantastic wine for patio get together with many cheeses and fruit. The floral bouquet and tropical fruits on the front palate give way to pear and apple at the finish. Pair with various fruits and cheeses, always good with white sauces and pasta. Winemakers Pairing: Grilled chicken breast with Fettucine Alfredo, set beside fresh sliced vine ripe tomatoes sprinkled with Italian seasoning.
