2023 Rose'

Our 2016 Tricycle Rose, is a full bodied, well balanced blend of Grenache, Tempranillo, and Pinot Noir, pressed whole together at harvest straight to a cold/slow fermentation. With no malolactic fermentation this dry Rose bursts with aromatics, delicate yet flowery with lavender and apple blossoms on the nose. Cherries, strawberry, and pineapple greet your palate on the front with crisp acid at the finish. Pairs well with all summer foods, and fish dishes. Winemakers choice: Grilled fresh Sockeye salmon, set with asparagus, and white rice.
